I memorised 3.14 at school. Yesterday I memorised the next few...

3.14159 26535

Today I memorised 89793 as well.

So now I can remember 3.14159 26535 89793
Or when put together 3.141592653589793

Tomorrow will learn the next few... all in blocks of five. Its quite easy if you label each block as a row of things you natually put in order. Say things in a nursery rhyme.

It's also easy to forget them if you don't use or recite them frequently.
Something similar happens with everything in life.

Well I am hoping not. I can remembr my mums car registration number from 1968 when I was 8. Her car was EBE519C registered in 1965 and I havent needed to recall that until now! At that time my grandmas phone number was 4418. She lived number 21. We lived at 142. Dont remember my own phone number from then though.

In that case, you remember the car registration number because you also remember the car.
Another reason is that it's a code of only 7 characters.

Thas why you learn pi in 5 digit parts.
And remember each seperately.

I memorised 3.14 at school. Yesterday I memorised the next few...

3.14159 26535

Today I memorised 89793 as well.

So now I can remember 3.14159 26535 89793
Or when put together 3.141592653589793
