Currently living in the Savannah/Hilton Head area, having escaped the snow/ice of the northeast. Using a Quickie Q700m chair for about 4 years now, previous chair was a Permobil C300. Neither of them were trouble-free, but seem to have had somewhat better luck with the Q700 (until recently, that's how I found this site ;-)).
I am married now 40+ years, and am an engineer by training (EE/CE). Still working (remotely) but hoping to retire soon.
I also have a mobility service dog from Canine Companions, she is my angel.
