Free at the point of access. But its crap.

Half a million emergencies spent over 12H on a trolly in a corridor. Some over 24 hours. Some longer. Some died trying to get to the hospital.
Over a million not seen at all inside 8 hours.
Ambulances taking 12 hours to turn up.
Ambulances sat 12 hours with people dying in the back outside hospitals while the drivers play games on mobile phones.

Be careful what you wish for, socialist medicine is costing us 189 billion or 21% of the entire national income, every year and that isnt the full bill.

The only thing they do well is feather their own nests, employ literally thousands of layers of staff to do each others jobs and make up a lot of rules and work 2 days a week like my doctor that you cannot contact. But at least they spent 30 million on diversity managers on 300k a year.

A & E means Accident and Emergency...

There are 20 million waiting over 6 months for operations and other treatment. Some up to 8 YEARS!

Here in Spain (where I live) primary care doctors do not want to see patients.
Doctors want everything to be over the phone.

2 months ago I needed an official medical document with signature and seal.
"A paper document".
The doctor wanted to send me the document by email.
If I need a signed medical document...

Living in Spain is becoming a hell.
