programming software

Hi, can someone please help me with software. I have made a working cable and have the dealer version of the software but has limited parameters options which can be viewed or altered. I have a Pride colt scooter the S drive is a 70Amp, I hope that I had provided enough information for someone can help. Many thanks Ian
