Charger has no ground wire

I had to get a new 24v charger which will have to be converted to reverse polarity. It has no ground wire. Is a ground wire needed? Thanks

If you want reverse polarity its ideal if it has no ground wire. Just swap the the pos/neg around in the XLR connector and you are good to o.
