I just recieved this from WoodyGB's partner:

Hey Burgerman,
(We weren't sure if we could login on this account)
It is with a Deep and Heavy heart, that I regret to inform you that, WoodyGB, (A. Wood) passed away on 4/4/2025.
As we know he used this site alot, we thought you deserved to know.

Oh I’m so sorry! So sad news. A few days ago he very kindly sent me a cable for my VR2 programming and he was so kind and willing to help.

Very sad news. I hope his daughter has someone capable of taking care of her chair and other technical things that he was so good at. There's not many with the amount of knowledge he had.

No, no daughter. His wife died 2012 I think. And his new partner emailed me. You are confusing him with lenny? Who is still with us I hope!

I have sincere feelings He was a good friend who was very knowledgeable about wheelchairs and despite knowing a lot he was very humble Great friend who left Who took a break from the hell of a world we live in.

He helped me out with a homemade s-drive dongle and OEM software for programming my mobility scooter when I first joined wd.com
